Graduate / Entry-Level Sales Executive

Location: Prescot / Knowsley

Salary: £26,300 Basic Salary + Commission

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Type: Full-Time | Fully Office Based

What You'll Be Doing

As part of a busy sales team, you'll be responsible for developing relationships with existing and prospective business customers through a combination of outbound calls, emails and account management activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting business customers via phone and email
  • Generating new sales opportunities and developing existing accounts
  • Building long-term relationships with customers
  • Following up enquiries and converting leads into active accounts
  • Preparing quotations and supporting customers throughout the sales process
  • Managing and updating customer information within the CRM system
  • Working towards individual and team sales targets
  • Learning consultative sales techniques from experienced sales professionals
  • Providing excellent customer service and commercial support
