About the Role
We are working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Prescot who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a full-time, office-based role offering stable working hours and a competitive salary. The role is a mix of customer interaction via phone and email, supporting customers throughout the entire order lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer queries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Processing customer orders accurately on internal systems
- Managing order-related queries, including amendments, deliveries and lead times
- Providing after-sales support and resolving any issues or concerns
- Liaising with internal departments such as production, logistics and sales to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and order records
About You
- Experience gained within a call centre, retail, hospitality, or customer service environment
- Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with order management systems and standard office software (full training provided)
- Customer-focused with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
