Search are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing business in Kirkcaldy for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. This role offers flexibility between 25 and 30 hours per week and will start on a temporary contract with the strong possibility of becoming permanent.
This position blends sales support, customer service, and administration, making it a great opportunity for someone with a background in sales administration who enjoys working with customers and supporting internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day sales administration support, processing orders on the system ensuring smooth delivery
- Build positive relationships with customers placing orders via email or phone
- Process orders accurately and liaise with the internal warehouse team

- Maintain strong Excel and IT skills to handle data and reporting
