Marketing Campaign Co-ordinator based in Kirkcaldy | hybrid & flexible working available. Full Time | 36 hours per week worked across 5 days | Monday to Friday. Temp role for a minimum of 3 months | likely to be extended & potential to become permanent. Pay rate up to £17.00 per hour + holiday pay (depending on experience).
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective co-ordination and delivery of marketing campaigns, content and promotions via various digital, social and print channels.
Duties involved in this role will include:
- Supporting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Developing & maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external parties relating to marketing activities including promoters, artists, external agencies, digital media and vendors
- Creating and editing written copy & creating a variety of visual content (photography, graphic & video) for both print & digital platforms using Adobe Suite & Canva
- Ensuring that brochures, posters & leaflets are distributed effectively
- Working closely with external designers, agencies & printers
- Ensuring that all content produced is in line with the company's agreed "tone" and branding - ensuring consistency across activities
- Maintaining the company's social media & digital accounts including Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube
- Management of content on the company's website, ensuring that it is updated and reviewed on a daily basis
- Supporting with Search Engine management including optimisation (SEO)
- Various other marketing duties as & when required
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
- Previous hands-on Marketing experience across print & digital - this experience is ESSENTIAL and candidates who also have a Marketing qualification would be at an advantage
- Knowledge and experience of using digital marketing tools & strategies including SEO and Google Analytics
- First class planning & organisation skills with the ability to organise, prioritise and complete a busy workload effectively - as well as the ability to pivot your focus when required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Solid IT Skills including the full MS Office suite & prior experience using creative tools such as Adobe and Canva
