Search Consultancy is currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join our growing agency team in the Kilmarnock area. We are looking for reliable and compassionate care professionals to support our clients across Kilmarnock and surrounding areas on a flexible shift basis. Choose shifts that fit around your availability and lifestyle.
Duties include:
- Supporting clients to develop independent living skills and overcome barriers to maintaining successful tenancies and independent accommodation.
- Working closely with individuals to assess strengths, identify support needs, and create person-centred goals and outcomes.
- Encouraging and motivating clients to engage in meaningful daily activities including training, volunteering, employment opportunities, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Providing practical and emotional support while promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.
- Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with wider support teams.

- A minimum of 6 month's paid experience within care or support work.
- Excellent communication skills with tact, patience, and sensitivity.
