Our client, a well-established and respected law firm, is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Private Client Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a genuine interest or experience in Private Client work to develop their skills within a supportive and professional setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting fee earners with a varied Private Client caseload. There may also be optional opportunities to assist the Family department, although this is not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting fee earners with a range of Private Client matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting powers of attorney
- Trusts and inheritance matters
Candidate Requirements
- Experience or a strong interest in Private Client law is essential
- Previous paralegal experience, ideally within a Private Client team, is advantageous
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle a busy workload and work effectively under pressure
- LPC/SQE or other relevant legal qualification is desirable but not essential
