Search Recruitment are looking for a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to join our Corporate Transactions team. This is an excellent opportunity to support senior fee earners across a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance, reorganisations, and restructures. In this fast-paced, client-focused position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional administrative and secretarial support.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Diary management (scheduling meetings, arranging travel, coordinating calls and lunches)
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Preparing materials ahead of meetings
- Sourcing and updating documents
- Providing administrative assistance during completions
