Our client who are one of the leading International Law firms in London are looking for a Junior Sous Chef. Working within the Hospitality & Events kitchen, which includes fine dining, canape events, bowl food & directors dining.
You’ll be working in a small team mainly focusing on the events, alongside Sous Chef & Head Chef. With an incredibly demanding client there is no margin for error & the ideal Chef should preferably come with experience within a high end B&I site, 5 star hotel or restaurant environment. With last minute changes to daily events you will need to have strong organisational skills and the ability to think on the spot with a creative mind and strong knowledge of the latest food trends.
This is an amazing opportunity within a premium contract catering site, where are looking for a Chef of the highest caliber, who has at least 2 year's experience at Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef level, within a similar Corporate environment.
