The Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you\’ll play a vital role in supporting the senior kitchen team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while contributing creatively to menu development. You\’ll lead by example on the pass, train and guide junior chefs, and ensure each plate leaving the kitchen reflects our values of flavour, seasonality, and quality.
What You\’ll Be Doing
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Leading services when required and ensuring consistent food quality
Overseeing specific sections and mentoring junior team members
Contributing to menu planning and seasonal dish development
Ensuring hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards are upheld
Assisting with stock management, ordering, and kitchen documentationWhat We\’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous in a fresh food environment
A passion for creative, seasonal cooking and high-quality presentation
