House Bashing Joiner - Newcastle
Full Time | Monday to Friday | Long-term Contract
Search Consultancy is working with a leading contractor delivering large-scale housing projects in Newcastle. We are currently looking for a skilled House Bashing Joiner to join their team on a long-term basis.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out 1st and 2nd fix joinery tasks across multiple housing developments. Your expertise in house bashing joinery will be key to ensuring high-quality finishes and structural integrity throughout the build process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing 1st fix joinery tasks, including installing timber frameworks, door frames, stud walls, and floor joists
- Completing 2nd fix joinery work such as fitting doors, skirting boards, architraves, staircases, and kitchen units
- Working efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
- Collaborating with site management and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and project progress
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a house bashing joiner on residential construction sites
- Strong knowledge of 1st and 2nd fix joinery techniques
