Search Consultancy is offering an ASAP start in Rosyth.

You will:

  • Control access to the construction site, ensuring only authorised personnel enter
  • Log visitors, contractors, and deliveries accurately
  • Check CSCS cards and site authorisations before allowing access
  • Direct delivery vehicles safely around the site
  • Maintain site security and prevent unauthorised access
  • Assist with traffic management and pedestrian safety
  • Carry out regular gate and perimeter security checks
  • Keep the site entrance clean and tidy, assisting with general labouring duties when required
  • Support the Site Manager and wider team with daily site operations

We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Gateman, Traffic Marshal, or in a similar site-based role
  • Experience controlling access to construction sites
  • Willingness to keep the site tidy and carry out general labouring duties when required
  • Strong understanding of site health, safety, and security procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Essential Requirements:

  • CSCS Card
  • Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman qualification (NPORS or CPCS)
  • DBS Check
  • Full UK Driving Licence is advantageous
