The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high-quality care delivery, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care branch
- Ensure the service operates in line with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements
- Lead, manage, and support office staff and care teams
- Drive branch growth through effective recruitment, retention, and business development strategies
- Monitor and improve service quality, client satisfaction, and care standards
- Manage branch performance, budgets, and KPIs
- Conduct audits, spot checks, and quality assurance processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals
- Ensure safe staffing levels and effective rota management
- Support with staff training, supervision, and performance management
- Previous experience managing a domiciliary care service
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage operational performance and achieve targets
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Competitive salary of £38,000 – £45,000
- Annual performance bonus of up to £12,000
