We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded Customer Service Team Leader to join our clients growing Product Partnerships division. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience and strategic partnerships, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding support while strengthening relationships with key product partners.
You’ll lead a team of customer service advisors, drive performance, and act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer service advisors to deliver high-quality support
- Act as the main point of contact for product partners, ensuring service levels and expectations are met
- Monitor team performance using KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with product, operations, and partnership teams to improve service delivery
- Implement and refine customer service processes to enhance the overall experience
- Support onboarding of new product partnerships from a service perspective
Proven experience in a customer service leadership or supervisory role is required, along with a data-driven mindset and the ability to analyse performance metrics.
