Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum

Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations? I\’m working with a well-established organisation in Leeds that\’s looking to bring on board a confident and knowledgeable Employee Relations Advisor to join their HR team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving positive employee experiences through fair and consistent ER practices.
________________________________________ The Role:
As an Employee Relations Advisor, you\’ll be the go-to expert for all things ER, providing guidance and support to managers and employees across a range of complex cases. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a varied caseload of employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance
* Advising line managers on best practice and employment law
* Supporting change management processes such as restructures and TUPE
* Working closely with HR Business Partners to ensure consistency and compliance
* Contributing to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives

* Proven experience in an employee relations-focused role
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is highly desirable
