Overview
We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support a busy construction site based in Inverness city centre. This is a part-time role (24 hours per week), although we are open to discussing full-time hours for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Document control, including managing drawings and site documentation
- General site administration duties
- Ordering PPE and site supplies
- Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Printing and distributing drawings
- Maintaining online and electronic filing systems
- Reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing site communications
About You
- Previous experience in site administration or a similar admin role is preferred
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident with IT systems, online filing, and document management
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
