Our client who is one of the leading brands in world sport, based just outside of London are looking for a Head Chef. The role will see you working in an open kitchen managing a team of Chefs. You will be responsible for both the on site restaurant & hospitality offer, where you will be catering for up 150 daily in the restaurant & regular formal lunches & dinners including events within hospitality.
This is an amazing opportunity at a premium site for a Chef of the highest calibre with at least 2 year's experience at Head Chef level within a similar corporate environment, there are also opportunities for progression within the wider group at their other locations.
To be successful you will need to be in touch with all the latest food trends as well as being able to showcase strong fine dining & management skills. Creativity & innovation are key attributes for the successful Chef!
