Grangemouth based | fully office-based role

Full Time | Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week

Temp role for a minimum of 6 months | strong potential for the role to be extended & may be made permanent

Pay rate of £14.00 per hour + holiday pay

Search Consultancy are delighted to be working exclusively with one of our Grangemouth based clients to recruit this role on an ongoing temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Project Managers in setting up, rolling out & looking after their new training & competency system.

Duties involved in this role will include:

  • Assisting with the implementation of the client's new Training & Competency system
  • Gathering information from internal stakeholders & partners related to project-specific training items & courses
  • Rolling out of training courses, ensuring that staff have completed required training & feeding back of results
  • Management of the training system, dealing with any issues as & when they arise with support from the service provider
  • Providing support on other HR & People related duties as required or directed

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

  • Previous experience in a Training, L&D or HR Administration role
  • First class communication skills, both written & verbal as not only will you be dealing with staff across the business but you will also be adding well-written content to the system
  • Excellent system skills with the ability to pick up & learn new systems & process quickly
  • Must be super organised and be able to prioritise your workload effectively & pivot focus where it's required
