This role offers an ASAP start in Grangemouth.
You will:
- Lead and supervise a small gang of groundworkers, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate daily site activities and allocate tasks to the team.
- Carry out all aspects of groundwork including drainage, kerbing, flagging, concreting, and excavation.
- Read and interpret site drawings and work closely with site management to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate plant and machinery where required and assist the team with hands-on groundwork duties.
We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working as a Ganger Groundworker or in a supervisory groundwork role.
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (preferred) and relevant CSCS card.
- CPCS/NPORS plant tickets are advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to motivate a team to deliver quality work.
