We're recruiting for a Graduate Account Manager to join a growing and well-established business based in Knowsley. You'll receive full training and support as you learn how to build strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and maximise account performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and develop relationships with an existing customer base via phone, email, and online communication
- Build long-term partnerships and become a trusted point of contact for your customers
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue by promoting additional products and services
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements
- Proactively engage with customers to maximise account growth and retention
- Handle customer enquiries and provide outstanding service
