We are looking for an organised and detail oriented Sales Administrator to join our clients friendly and supportive team based in Paisley. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a positive working environment where your contribution is valued and opportunities to develop are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and marking up customer orders accurately
  • Checking orders to ensure all information is correct
  • Handling customer telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Managing and responding to emails through the sales channel
  • Printing orders, invoices, and other sales documentation
  • Data entry and maintenance of customer and order records
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales team
  • Assisting with a variety of ad hoc administrative duties as required

About You

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
