The Role
- Develop and manage relationships with existing legal clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Source, attract, and engage candidates through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and job boards
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to confirm suitability for vacancies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing through to offer negotiation and placement
- Build a strong reputation within the legal market and establish yourself as a trusted recruitment partner
- Maintain a proactive business development approach to grow your client portfolio and market presence
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue and performance targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably within professional services, business support, or legal recruitment
- Alternatively, a proven background in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong relationships-building and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results
- Resilience, ambition, and a self-motivated approach
- Confidence in developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
How Will You Benefit?
- Basic salary of £28,000 - £35,000, depending on experience, including car allowance
