The Role

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing legal clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Source, attract, and engage candidates through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and job boards
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to confirm suitability for vacancies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing through to offer negotiation and placement
  • Build a strong reputation within the legal market and establish yourself as a trusted recruitment partner
  • Maintain a proactive business development approach to grow your client portfolio and market presence
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue and performance targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous recruitment experience, preferably within professional services, business support, or legal recruitment
  • Alternatively, a proven background in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results
  • Resilience, ambition, and a self‑motivated approach
  • Confidence in developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail

How Will You Benefit?
