Search Recruitment Group is looking for a driven and people-focused Recruitment Account Coordinator to join our successful Industrial team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys building strong relationships. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting key client accounts, sourcing and onboarding candidates, and coordinating workforce requirements. The Role

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for temporary and permanent industrial vacancies
  • Manage the recruitment process from application through to placement
  • Coordinate candidate onboarding, compliance checks, and registrations
  • Attend client sites to conduct candidate inductions and support new starters
  • Schedule shift rotas and manage workforce bookings to meet client requirements
  • Monitor attendance and manage absence reporting
  • Liaise regularly with clients to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions
  • Ensure all candidate records and compliance documentation are maintained accurately
  • Always provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients
