Location: Glasgow Hours: Monday to Friday 35 hours per week Salary: £19.23ph Contract: Full-time, Temporary - 3 months initially Are you an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant looking for a rewarding role where your organisational expertise can contribute to a meaningful cause? My client is a respected charity organisation based in the East Dunbartonshire area of Glasgow, they are looking for a highly professional, proactive and capable PA to provide first-class support to their senior leadership team. This will be a temporary role initially for 3 months, however for the right candidate their maybe longer-term opportunities available. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 35 per week, this is an office based role with parking available on site. Key Responsibilities * Proactive and complex diary management * Coordinating meetings, appointments and events for 5 senior members of staff * Arranging domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and itineraries * Managing changing priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts * Preparing meeting packs, agendas and presentation materials * Handling confidential correspondence and sensitive information * Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders About You You will be an experienced Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator with exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach.
