🕒 Hours: Flexible working hours on a rota (e.g. 8-4, 9-5, 9:30-16:30)

🧾 About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has recently finished college or is looking to gain real-world experience in finance. You'll primarily support the Purchase Ledger function, but will also have the opportunity to get involved in Procurement and Sales Ledger tasks on an ad-hoc basis - giving you a well-rounded start to your finance career.

✅ What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day processing of the sales ledger
  • Supporting procurement and sales ledger activity when required
  • Respond to all supplier queries via phone/email/post.
  • Monitor reception phone and internal mail.
  • Maintenance of supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Maintenance of accounts for all suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Working as part of a close-knit team, contributing to the wider finance function
  • Learning from experienced professionals in a team that encourages development

🎯 Who We're Looking For:

  • A proactive individual who enjoys working in a team and being involved

📅 Working Pattern:

  • Permanent, full-time role
  • First 12 weeks: 5 days in the office for onboarding and training
  • Afterwards: 4 days in office, 1 day from home
  • Flexible hours: Rota-based start/finish times to suit your lifestyle
