Search is seeking a Site Agent to lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects across Scotland. You will take ownership from site mobilisation through to completion, directing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver safely, on programme, and within budget.
The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with NEC contract experience and a Civil Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/degree) and SMSTS/CSCS資格.
