Are you experienced in B2B sales and looking to move into the Software and IT sector?

We are seeking driven and consultative sales professionals to join a fast‑growing technology-focused organisation.

About the Role

As a Business Sales Executive, you will lead the full B2B sales cycle, delivering a consultative service and showcasing a technology‑driven software product. You will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, conducting online meetings and demonstrations, and managing opportunities through to successful close.

This is a Monday–Friday role offering a strong basic salary (up to £32,000 DOE) and a generous monthly commission structure, with first-year OTE expected to exceed £50,000.

Key Requirements

  • Track record of achieving monthly sales targets
  • Strong closing experience
  • Ability to deliver a consultative sales approach
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Energetic, driven, and motivated to succeed
  • Experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Confident delivering online meetings and product demonstrations
