About the Role

We are looking for a driven and motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a thriving Legal Support Desk. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing business opportunities, and identifying exceptional talent within the market. No previous recruitment experience is required. We are looking for individuals with the right attitude, determination, and hunger to succeed. Full training will be provided. Experience within sales, business development, customer-facing roles, recruitment, or a business-related degree would be advantageous, but is by no means essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to successful placement
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with legal firms and professional services clients
  • Proactively sourcing, attracting, and engaging top legal support professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and market mapping
  • Headhunting high-calibre passive candidates and building long-term talent pipelines within your specialist market
  • Conducting candidate interviews and assessing skills, experience, and career aspirations
  • Developing a strong understanding of the legal support market and becoming a recognised specialist within your sector
  • Generating new business opportunities and growing your client portfolio through networking, relationship building, and commercial activity
  • Managing the offer process, negotiating terms, and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates
