We are currently looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Administrator who is fluent in both German and English. Our client operates on an international scale and requires a bilingual candidate to process customer orders for their German market. The main purpose of your role is to manage sales orders from receipt to delivery whilst ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times.

Key duties will include:

  • Handling customer queries
  • Managing order processing
  • Liaising and communicating with other internal departments
  • Completing any other ad-hoc administration tasks
  • Building relationships and keeping up to date with any new product information
