Part-Time Receptionist
Location: Forfar (On-site)

We are looking for a professional and organised Receptionist to join our clients team in Forfar on a part-time basis. This is a temporary position through to March 2027, offering consistent weekday hours Monday - Friday and an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and providing a professional first point of contact
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining reception and meeting room areas
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties
- Managing diaries, appointments, and visitor records as required
- Handling enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
