We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Stopper to join our team on a student accommodation project in Central London. The role involves batt and mastic fire stopping work, ensuring full compliance with fire safety regulations and site standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in batt and mastic fire stopping
Valid CSCS card (NVQ in Passive Fire Protection)
Asbestos Awareness
Own tools and PPE
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Own transport
Duties Include:
Installing batt and mastic fire stopping systems
Sealing service penetrations in walls, floors, and ceilings to meet fire resistance standards
Following site health and safety procedures
Working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
