An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to lead a team of six across finance, ICT, and debt management. We are looking for a versatile professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to think on their feet in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the direction and management of finance and debt management teams, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high performance. You will play a key role in governance, financial planning, risk management, and strategic development. Reporting to the Corporate Director, you will contribute to the wider corporate strategy, ensuring best practices and robust financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide operational leadership across finance and debt management.
* Manage and support a team, including performance reviews and strategic planning.
* Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and compliance with internal financial controls.
* Lead treasury management, risk management, and fraud prevention strategies.
* Ensure accurate reporting and preparation of annual accounts and audits.
