Search Consultancy are delighted to be supporting a fantastic company based in Kirkcaldy who are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join a small and supportive team. This is a hands-on role responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, alongside broader finance support duties when required. The role would suit someone who is detail-driven, organised, and comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a strong appreciation for confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Managing third-party deductions (including pensions and similar schemes)
  • Maintaining accurate holiday and absence records
