The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Traffic Marshal to join one of the UK's largest and most reputable main contractors on a high-profile construction project based in Farnborough. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established company on a busy and fast-paced site.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm (with potential for overtime depending on site requirements)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing the safe movement of vehicles and plant around site
  • Directing deliveries and site traffic in accordance with site procedures
  • Ensuring pedestrian and vehicle segregation is maintained at all times
  • Assisting with site access and egress controls
  • Communicating effectively with drivers, plant operators, and site management
  • Supporting general site operations when required
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all health & safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman ticket (essential)
  • Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshal on a construction site
  • Good understanding of construction site health & safety procedures
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Must be able to provide a recent and checkable work reference
