Search are working with their client in the Aberdeen area who are looking for dedicated, hard working individuals to assist them for a long term assignment. Job title: Fish Filliter Location: Aberdeen Shifts / Timings: Full-time β 35 to 40hrsp/w, 4AM START TIME Pay: Β£13p/h (Β£14.57 inc holidays) Job Role: Cut and portion fish (mainly haddock) Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency on the production line Inspect fish for quality and report any issues Keep work area clean and safe Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures Work closely with your team to meet daily targets Requirements: Experience in block or single filleting is ESSENTIAL Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work with sharp tools Comfortable working in a chilled environment Able and/or willing to get to site for 4am Able to follow instructions and work well in a team setting Interested?
