PA / EA West Edinburgh based | fully office based role with parking Full Time | 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:00pm Temp role for a minimum of 1 month | strong potential to go longer Pay rate up to £18.00 per hour (depending on experience) Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with an Edinburgh based client to recruit an experienced PA / EA who will be responsible for providing extensive and varied Administration, Secretarial & PA support to the wider EA team. This is initially a temporary role for 1 month but the likelihood is that this role will go longer and could become permanent. Duties involved in this role will include: * Providing comprehensive EA & senior level administration support * Organisation & co-ordination of high level events & meetings including agendas, logistics, catering, facilities & venue management * Extensive diary management & meeting scheduling for multiple stakeholders * Booking required travel & accommodation for the team & producing itineraries where required * Correspondence & inbox management, responding to general enquiries where appropriate, escalating necessary comms & drafting responses * Taking & documenting meeting minutes * Ensuring key documentation is held, managed & filed appropriately * Various other PA/EA/administration tasks as directed & required In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include: * Extensive previous experience in a PA or EA role carrying out duties supporting at board level in line with the above spec – this experience is ESSENTIAL * Excellent organisational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & complete a very busy workload effectively * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Excellent IT Skills including the full MS Office suite – SharePoint experience would also be an advantage If this is the role for you, apply now!
