Looking for a role that offers exceptional food, a premium working environment, and every weekend off? We're recruiting for an experienced Evening Chef de Partie to join one of the City's most prestigious corporate catering operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly skilled brigade delivering exceptional hospitality, fine dining, and bespoke events within a modern corporate environment.
Working a Monday to Friday evening shift, you'll play a key role in preparing and delivering everything from executive dinners and canapé receptions to private dining and high-end hospitality functions. You'll also have the opportunity to significantly boost your earnings through paid overtime, with all additional hours paid.
The Role
As Evening Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running your own section during afternoon and evening service, supporting the delivery of premium hospitality across a variety of events and functions. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll help produce beautifully presented dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients whilst maintaining the highest culinary standards throughout service.
Responsibilities will include:
- Running your own section during evening hospitality service
- Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes for executive dining, private events and canapé receptions
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy evening functions
- Maintaining exceptional food presentation and consistency
- Assisting with mise en place and service preparation
- Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and organisation
- Contributing ideas towards seasonal menus and hospitality offerings
- Supporting occasional large-scale corporate events
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality-led kitchen
- Experience within hospitality, fine dining, hotels or premium contract catering would be highly desirable
- Passion for fresh food and high-quality ingredients
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Calm under pressure with the ability to deliver consistently during busy service
- A positive attitude and strong team ethic
- Relevant culinary qualifications and current food safety knowledge
