We are recruiting for a Receptionist to be involved in a location that you can be proud of and within a friendly and laid back team. The Receptionist will be the face of a well renowned and reputable Spa Resort with hotel rooms, and become part of a passionate team delivering exceptional guest experiences in a stunning wellness environment.

We're looking for an experienced Receptionist with strong customer service and administration skills to be the welcoming face of the resort.

What you'll do:

  • Welcome guests and deliver outstanding front-of-house service
  • Book spa treatments and assist with guest enquiries
  • Check guests in and out
  • Process payments and manage reception systems
  • Provide administrative support to management

  • Reception or customer service experience within a hotel or spa
  • Confident using computer systems
  • Friendly, professional and organised
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
  • Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Passion for wellness and healthy living

Shift Pattern: Monday-Sunday (rota basis)

  • Early: 7am-4pm
  • Mid: 9am-6pm
  • Late: 11:30am-8:30pm
