We are excited to be working with a Global Manufacturer on their next important senior hire. They would like to recruit an experienced Engineering Manager to join their expanding team. Within this role, you are expected to support the team and company deliver high quality products efficiently and reliably by ensuring the equipment and plant are well maintained. Role Oversee all plant equipment ensuring that Production is running to the maximum efficiency when it comes to safety, performance, efficiency and reliability in line with the set monthly targets Ensuring minimum down time of equipment and maintaining maximum efficiency of Production equipment Effectively manage a team of up to 20 engineers. Manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) regime for all Plant and Equipment. Support with new installations and technology. Ensure the sites meet compliance with all relevant Legislation & Statutory Inspections Perform other Production Engineer activities as and when required Person Extensive engineering knowledge and experience Strong electrical experience FMCG and Manufacturing experience Knowledge of plant-based production, control panels and systems Ability to manage large teams Planning, Project and budget experience.
