Serve as the first point of contact for HR support for employees and managers. Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure HR systems are up-to-date. Line-manage the HR Assistant and Facilities Coordinator. Collaborate with the Head of HR on exciting local and global HR projects. Drive employee engagement as the dedicated champion for the EU & UK region. Oversee HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Provide expert HR advice and guidance to the team. Manage the HR ticket system and prepare insightful monthly reports. Conduct staff inductions and manage pre-employment checks. Support office management duties, including health & safety compliance.The Key Requirements of the Employee Relations and Engagement Manager: Proven experience in HR operations. A relevant HR qualification (CIPD Level 3 or equivalent preferred). Strong skills in MS Office and HR systems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. A trustworthy professional who can handle confidential information with ease.
