Thrift Energy Ltd, part of the Thrift Energy Group, employs one of the UK’s leading employee-owned businesses specialising in the installation of renewable technologies including Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, Battery Storage and insulation solutions. Our head office is located in Team Valley Gateshead. We have secured long‑term contracts under the Warm Homes schemes and are experiencing steady growth. This role provides a stable, permanent position within a well‑established company.

Job Description: Lead and manage all contract activities for renewable energy projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, on budget and to the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance. The role bridges project delivery, commercial oversight and client engagement across domestic renewable installations, working from our head office with projects on a national basis.
