Search Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Civils Operative to carry out pipelaying works in Edinburgh City Centre. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent hours available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and laying underground pipes (drainage/water mains)
- Assisting with trenching and backfilling operations
- Working safely in excavations
- Following site drawings and instruction
- Ensuring all work is carried out to health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pipelaying or civil engineering works
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Confined Space ticket (desirable but not essential)
- CPCS/NPORS
- Strong work ethic and reliability
