About the Role Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, you will take a leading role in driving our online and mail-order business to new heights. With a focus on data-driven decision-making and innovative marketing strategies, your key responsibilities will include: E-Commerce and Web Management * Overseeing the performance, development, and optimisation of our e-commerce platform to enhance customer experience and maximise sales * Monitoring and analysing website performance, ensuring seamless operation, and delivering improvements to meet KPIs Data Analytics * Leveraging data insights to drive business decisions and refine e-commerce strategies. * Tracking key performance indicators across mail order and digital marketing campaigns to ensure optimal ROI.
