The Role:
- Act as the key point of communication between drivers, plant operators and site teams.
- Manage site entrances and exits, ensuring vehicles enter and leave safely.
- Assist with vehicle manoeuvring and reversing operations.
- Maintain safe separation between pedestrians, vehicles and moving plant.
- Support with general site duties when traffic management is not required.
- Follow all site health and safety procedures.
- Report any hazards, incidents or unsafe practices directly to the Site Manager or Supervisor.
- Work closely with HGV drivers, plant operators and groundworkers in a busy onsite environment.
We're Looking for:
- Valid NPORS and CPCS qualifications are essential.
- Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall, Banksman or Site Labourer.
- Strong awareness of construction site health and safety.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge unsafe practices.
- Experience directing HGVs, plant and site vehicles.
