What You'll Be Doing
- Handling warm inbound leads - no cold calling
- Converting finance applications into completed sales
- Speaking to customers over the phone, email & live chat
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the right solutions
- Managing applications from enquiry through to completion
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales or customer service experience (phone-based ideal)
- Experience in a call centre or contact centre is beneficial
- Experience in the motor trade is beneficial
- Target-driven and motivated by commission
- Resilient with the ability to handle objections
