We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record of building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional candidates, and consistently achieving targets, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing the full recruitment process - business development and candidate management.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Sourcing, interviewing, maintaining and matching high-quality candidates to vacancies.
- Keeping up to date with market trends and providing consultative advice to clients.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant with significant billing history.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
