We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record of building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional candidates, and consistently achieving targets, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing the full recruitment process - business development and candidate management.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Sourcing, interviewing, maintaining and matching high-quality candidates to vacancies.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and providing consultative advice to clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant with significant billing history.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
