This is an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join Search's Industrial team in Dundee, working across temp or perm recruitment within the industrial, warehousing and semi-skilled sector. The desk combines existing client relationships with genuine scope for new business development.

You'll manage the full recruitment process across an established client base, while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the industrial and semi-skilled sectors.
We're looking for a consultant with a proven track record in industrial or warehousing recruitment, strong business development instincts, and the ability to manage a varied, fast-moving desk.

What you'll be doing
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for industrial and warehousing clients, from taking the initial brief through to placement, whether temp or perm.
- Build on existing client relationships while proactively identifying and winning new business across the industrial and semi-skilled sectors.
- Source, screen, and match candidates for roles across the industrial and warehousing sector, keeping a strong, engaged talent pool.
- Provide market insight and consultative advice to clients, positioning yourself as a trusted point of contact.
- Manage the candidate journey from first contact through to placement and beyond, delivering a consistently high level of service.
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records on our internal CRM, tracking vacancies, candidates, and client activity.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within industrial, warehousing, or a semi-skilled sector.
- A genuine appetite for business development, comfortable picking up the phone and winning new clients, not just managing what's already there.
- Confidence running a temp desk, a perm desk, or both.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A proactive, resilient, target-driven mindset.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a varied and busy desk.
