We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join a busy construction project based in Dudley (DY2). This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established contractor on a fast-paced and professional site.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm (with potential for overtime depending on site requirements)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out general labouring duties across site
  • Assisting skilled tradespeople as required
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Moving materials and equipment safely around site
  • Maintaining site cleanliness and ensuring work areas are kept tidy
  • Supporting site operations to ensure work progresses efficiently
  • Following all site health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card (essential)
  • Previous experience working as a labourer on a construction site
  • Strong work ethic and good reliability
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when required
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
  • Must be able to provide a recent and checkable work reference
