We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a high-end hospitality venue located in the Dundee & Angus area. This is a permanent, full-time, salaried position offering stability, career progression, and a brilliant working environment. Working an average of 40 hours per week on an annualised hours contract. You'll be joining a passionate and skilled brigade, contributing to a high-quality culinary offering that serves both local patrons and visiting guests.
The successful Chef de Partie will receive a starting salary of £30,000, plus tronc payments and a range of additional non-financial benefits, including Christmas Day off.
In the CDP role itself:
- Taking ownership of your section in a busy professional kitchen under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Assisting all other team members in maintaining exceptional standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Working with fresh, high-quality ingredients to deliver consistently excellent dishes.
- Maintaining a clean and compliant work environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
