Your Impact:

Your Experience:
- Qualified professional: RMN, DipSW, or Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- 2+ years’ experience in mental health/learning disability services, with a recovery-focused approach.
- Proven leadership: Skilled in staff supervision, risk management, and deploying resources effectively.
- Regulatory expertise: In-depth knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and mental health legislation.
- Flexibility: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations to meet service needs.
